How flags work, what each case needs, how you get paid, and what happens after you hit submit.
How submitting works
- Pick the territory, tap the flagChoose the territory on My territory, then the flag the move counts toward. Anyone on the team can log for any territory.
- Log the movePick conversion or upgrade, then continue a case already in progress or start a new one with the surgeon and product/system. The case amount is optional. Your Claude sign-in and today’s date are recorded with it.
- A product manager verifies itThe case shows as Pending on your board right away and turns Verified once a PM confirms it. PMs see every new case in their review queue.
- Flags move on verified casesRejected cases come off the board and show the PM’s reason on your territory page.
The flags
- Four categories of flags. Sports, Foot/Ankle & Trauma, Bio and Arthroplasty. Every territory competes for every flag.
- Steal. The first verified competitive conversion or product upgrade on a flag steals it. A steal isn’t bonus-eligible yet.
- Capture. 3 competitive conversions or 5 upgrades, same surgeon and same product/system. A flag can be captured again: each new opportunity (a different surgeon or product) that reaches 3 or 5 is another captured flag.
- Track. PMs track and verify first cases. Shared Excel moves to Axis Opps as one of the PM’s Top 5 competitive conversions.
- Most flags held at the finish wins. Cutoff counts require PM verification.

Play to win
- Steal early, everywhere. One verified case puts a flag on the board and shows where you can build.
- Stay with one surgeon. Captures need the same surgeon and product/system, so finish journeys you’ve started.
- Conversions capture faster. Three competitive conversions beat five upgrades.
- Watch the Next hint. My territory always shows the flag closest to capture.
